The Healing Power of the Breath

Explanation about why we inhale into some postures and exhale into other postures. The use of breath in yoga and somatic movements can be powerful for the ANS, and this video explains why. Also, a 25 minute yoga sequence that is great for releasing fatigue and finding healthy activation in your autonomic nervous system (ANS).
