Talk Therapy

Personalized talk-therapy sessions for adult individuals to explore and process thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

Specializing in Personal Empowerment, feelings of overwhelm and burn-out. Sessions involve exploring ways to build confidence, overcome distressing patterns of behavior and learning tools to aid in symptoms of anxiety.

  • Insurance accepted: Aetna, Cigna, Optum ( https://secure.helloalma.com/providers/carrie-welch/ )

  • For out of network, I offer a superbill at the end of every month that you can submit as a claim to your insurance company. This goes directly to your deductible or will allow your insurance to reimburse you.

  • Rates: Sliding Fee according to household income:
